01 General Terms & Conditions

By using the re999 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between re999 and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
